Thanks for the tutorials, they're brilliant. By following them I've got my webbing on and springs tied onto the webbing. There were only three springs in the chair originally, in a triangular formation - two towards the front, one in the centre back. Should the back one be lashed on its own, north to south and east to west on the chair but not attached to the other two or what can you advise? Thanks in advance.
Great tutorial. I have ordered webbing, hourglass springs, hessian and calico. I would also like to see how to install the hessian and calico and also what foam to put on top of the hessian. Keep up the tutorials, great work. Thank you.
Yes I am enjoying these demos especially as they are not delivered in an American accent. I too would like explanations as to why you choose a particular method please. Whilst you understand as a viewer I need to know the reasoning , even it’s because you were taught that way, I would very much like you to follow the springing with the hessian etc. So there is a step by step set of vids that demonstrate all the techniques required, cheers Andrew A
Easy to follow, clear instruction. Thank you.
I love your tutorials. I’m in the US so I don’t know what an improved tack is. Also what size tack are you using.
Perfectly clear explanation and instruction. That is encouraging. Thank you!
Fab tutorial I’m new to upholstery was lost on springs but your instructions has made it clear thank you

Brilliant tutorial. Thanks so much
Is there a video for the next stage. Have followed 2 tying springs
Also, do you have a part 3 for adding the hessian?
Regards, Alison

Hi, excellent video. Can I ask why you don't tie the first coil of the spring on the first and last springs?
