I would be calling the police immediately. There have been way too many stories lately of women going to the doors of homes and distracting the person opening the door and then men coming in and hurting the home owners. There are other stories like this too. It is not safe these days to open the door to random strangers. I would be careful!!

Be careful girl! I wouldn’t open the door anymore for her.

Ask the woman nicley to please stop coming over. If she continues, call the police. This is stalking and harassment and even if she is not with it, she can be capable of crazy things. She could also be acting like this as a ploy. If you live across from green space she can easily be stalking you and learning your patterns before she does something. I wouldn’t take this lightly with young kids

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.Eph6:12
Please do seek God on the woman who keeps coming to your house, discernment is important in a believers walk as the Holy Spirit talks to us all the time.
Love your channel, very wholesome and pure. Blessings all the way from Namibia, Africa

Mhmmm maybe I'm a bad person but I'd be calling the police about that woman.... especially with such young children in the house it sounds like she is mentally unwell. Hopefully she can get the help she needs and doesn't cause any more harm or discomfort

If at least make a report. If it’s on file they will be aware of the situation in case anything were to escalate. I’m an EMT in the states and the police always suggest at least making a report if you don’t want to bother emergency services. Not sure if it works that way in Canada, but I think it’s a good idea ❤❤

I love your channel, Beth! Thank you for all the beautiful content you put out... You encourage me so much in my motherhood journey. Like you, I have always struggled so much with rest and am also a pretty highly strung person... After having my son almost 3 years ago, I got so stressed out and didn't take the time to rest and am now suffering with health issues... Now I HAVE to rest and have thrown out so much in order to recover. Thank you for sharing... ❤

I’ve really been in my reading era this year!! I would love to recommend some fiction books with low-to-no spice!! My faves this year: The Women and The Great Alone by Kristen Hannah, Educated by Tara Westover, In Five Years and Expiration Dates by Rebecca Serle, The Husbands by Holly Gramazio, A History of Wild Places by Shea Ernshaw, First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston (sooo good), and The Invitation by Lucy Foley.
I love your videos and watching how you navigate motherhood and investing in yourself and your family in so many ways. Would love to hear your book reccs in videos too!!

I never answer the door. My husband is the only one who answers if someone knocks and if he’s not home, I don’t answer at all. If there *was* some reason I felt like I should talk to them, I’d talk to them through the door and would not open it.
I know to some people that seems like paranoia…but I’d rather be paranoid than in an unsafe situation.
That being said, I would make it a point to not speak to that woman. Do not answer the door for her, and if she’s waiting for you when you get home, keep it to a quick hello and get everyone inside. Just seems super creepy to me!

I've had the same thing happen to me. It was a homeless young teen who asked me for a foot stool. She came back and brought me a fire starter. She used the feet stool to reach a pine tree. ❤❤❤ I was definitely uncomfortable at first, but I got to know her as a person. She came back a week later and asked us to buy her a tent. God had to change the inner heart in me with the young girl. It's a chance to see where you stand as a Christian.

An option to consider before calling the police since it sounds like you especially do not want to do that (and I also personally wouldn't recommend it unless it is the last option)... if you have a relationship with your neighbors perhaps you can ask if the woman has visited them as well? Get their insight on it? And also perhaps ask if anyone on the block who you can trust can take in your packages while you are away so it looks less like you are gone? I struggle with wanting to speak with everyone as well. Sending you and your family love!

For sure I would let the police aware of her. She may be going around to other people’s homes. She most likely is harmless, regardless of her mental state she needs to be informed (by police) she cannot approach home owners anymore like that. Also if you don’t already have one, get a ring doorbell (helpful for more than just this).

I hate to be negative minded but unfortunately if that lady is not mentally stable you shouldn’t take a chance - you should install cameras and inform the police - if she is watching your home and comfortable enough to say she wants things from you she may snap and attempt to come into your home & with kids it’s scary what her intentions are!
Please be careful you don’t want to chance anything

I used to have Jehovah's Witnesses who came over every single week to talk to me to get to know me and take their handouts. I'd say, "I love Jesus, but thank you. I need to go to my kids now," all the time. It got to the point that after a few years I had to tell them flat out, "I will not become a Jehovah's Witness and have things to do in my home, but I hope you have a lovely life." They never came back. I should have done that much sooner. I wonder if this woman who comes to you is just lonely or actually someone to suspect or has an agenda of some sort. Hard thing to figure out.
Your natural hair is very nice! I got to a point where I had to learn to appreciate the hair texture God gave me, which is very wavy/crimpy looking, so I stopped using all products (curlers/straighteners/hairspray/blow dryers/creams/etc) on my hair and it became healthier and easier to maintain. It made me love my hair.
I don't like spice stuff in books either. I love the Shady Hollow mysteries series. They are clean books set with woodland creatures living in a cozy town. When critters are found dead, reporter fox Vera Vixen tries to figure out the cases. I also recommend The Lark by E. Nesbit. It is a really cute story and was written in the early 1900s but is whimsical and sweet.

I know it's necessary sometimes to work while being a SAHM but I think you have too much on your plate. We are considered poor compared to you but here in Hungary a lot of moms don't work until the child is 3 years old. Not everyone can do this but the majority of the moms still do it. We get money from the government but it's like 60 dollars a month so it's technically nothing.
Rest is vital to avoid burnout. It's great that you love doing TH-cam and stuff but I could not imagine having 3 young children, a house to run and having a job and keeping my sanity.
