I see a lot of bikers traveling up and down, but I don't see any of them stopping. I was just in Greenwood last year, and the place is just sad. It's dying from sheer neglect. There's more 'for sale' signs than open businesses, and really nothing to do other than visit the chimney, the Phoenix graveyard, and a set of souvenir hucksters each more desperate than the last.
If you want to attract people, sell CHEAP lots. There are many people that would move there if they could afford to. Or turn a large city lot into a tiny home parking/living community.
...was our idea as well. Maybe the new Council will finally acknowledge that they old plans were holding back (if not killing) Greenwood. Not just selling cheap lots, but also allowing smaller builds on small lots with reasonable setbacks.
