Or they will looks at your current business income and judge you
If your business isnt pulling in 10-16,000 per month ull never get a sba or normal scalper loan for another over 450k-- and those are 3 year terms at like 20% interest

And they will want 3 year pro forma / financials of yourself
Credit score 680ish / and the downpayment
And a sound business plan to how this will make money
30 day process and roughly 50/60% success rate

SBA loans are only available for owner occupied commercial real estate. So, the borrower/business owner must occupy at least 51% of the property.
