Lilys kids get all they need and surely have no wants or go without, which is great, but when I see Nam's son get to enjoy the things he'd never ever get to experience back home it, it makes me feel much happier seeing his joy.
It's fantastic he can live with them and have a great life but I wonder if he gets proper time alone with his mom where he is the centre of her attention and I also wonder if he worries alot about his family back in the war torn land...but also if he's been offered support if he's in trauma...sad what her must have been threw.

Lilly, I’ve followed your journey for a long time now, but watching you go through what you’ve been through recently has left me in awe of your strength. You’ve shared moments with us that most would keep hidden, and you’ve done it with such grace, even when the pain was written all over your face.
What touched me the most was how you and Wan have held on to each other through it all. The love between you two is something so rare-it's the kind of bond that stands tall when the world feels like it’s crumbling around you. I can only imagine how hard it must have been to smile through the heartache, to film when all you wanted to do was hide away, but you kept showing up for us, for yourself, and for each other.

Thank you for giving me an escape from my pain. I've been bedbound for 10 days due to an L5 nerve impingement. I also just lost a group of friends for no reason at all. I should be depressed, but I know that this too shall pass.

Can’t begin to imagine what you and your family must be feeling. Prayers for everyone and George too. I read since we know these days to cook pork/meat including wild game & boar properly at 145 -160 F degrees the parasites are killed & inactive. Avoid trichinosis. The sugar cravings lol I do not know if caused by parasites. Good you have your sugar cravings under control. Sending blessings, prayers and healing love. ✝💟🙏
Cook all meats super well ...why would parasites only be in pork....omg.....really.....what you said is perfect cook hot....I don't know where Lilly got her info from.....why doesn't she say.....I've heard it's in red meat and fish as well....but it's obvious in all.....sugar cravings don't come from parasites....you'd prob get low energy and stomach upset bowel probs.....low blood sugar from irregular eatting and low insulin are what I know are big causes if sugar craving ....I'm not anti sugar at all....enjoy it all in balance.....I know a lady who's 100 and enjoys it all.

Hi Lilly. You should go and visit Türkiye and Greek Islands. We had a fantastic vacation in Türkiye. We stay my familys summer houses Bodrum and Ayvalik. All we did swim, eat, hanging with my family. Also showing and expoloring to my husband the northwestern Aegean coast and southwestern coast . Plus we went to Greek island Lesbos was amazing. Si many history both in Türkiye and Greece So now back to real life again!😊
