I have one door that has been sticking for years, it’s the only door in my home that does it, it’s my back door. My front door and my side door of my home work perfectly

hi, im seeing alot of these cracks inside and outside my house, theyre "growing" fast and big , specially in places where theres no iron reinforcement in it, do this mean something wrong ?

When in doubt, have an inspector come out! These cracks could be cause for concern. Book an appointment with a home inspector to provide peace of mind and determine next steps. :)

Hi, Jessie! There's not much you can personally do when you rent. It's important to immediately report this issue to the property manager. This is true for anything that might make the apartment home inhabitable. Good luck!

I moved into my apartment few days ago, I noticed there were large cracks on the walls of my room. (Longer than 10inches) It starts and ends in the middle of the wall. 45-degree upwards...what should I do😰😰😰

Remember, this issue may not purely cosmetic; it may be structural.
A professional home inspector will be able to identify signs of structural damage, apart from cracks on the walls.
We don't recommend concealing the symptoms of a compromised foundation for this reason.
Also, doing so could alter the terms of the sale and present liabilities upon discovery.

One word "disclosure." Always have an inspection -- to avoid those who would try to deceive you!
