I was skeptical in the beginning, but you really impressed me with that lore . I played all of those except Pokémon (I was already too old) but back in the day I had intellivision and every system since, on the original NES we had the “Game Genie” it was a bracket that you put your cartridge into before placing in the NES, it opened up like a BIOS menu and you could “hack” everything.
Pugnala Provola, Concetta Caciotta, Giovanna Grana, and Poppea Pecorina's last names are types of cheese Probably to make fun either the endgame of Vampire Survivors is cheesing the game to death. Also the fact that The Directer is a personification of The King of Yellow (the color of cheese to replace Gold)
Dairy Plant is also a place in Rome (Centrale del Latte), many more names in the game are inspired to Rome's neighborood (King Bible translated in italian is RE (king) BIBBIA (bible), and Rebibbia is a place in Rome, which has a penitentiary).
Another fun fact: Suor Clerici having the Santa Water, which then becomes "La borra" is a reference to a fun/embarrassing moment in Italian TV. During a live TV show hosted by a famous Italian TV host "Antonella Clerici", She gets into a call with an old lady, the lady had to try and answer a question to win a prize. The question was "It makes foam but it's not soap, what is it?" And the old lady answers "LA BORRA!" which is another way of saying "cum" in Italian. That moment was really embarrassing and it's a certified classic moment of italian TV. And this is why suor Clerici has "la borra" as a main weapon. I love this game, if you're Italian the enjoyment is doubled ahaha Bonus: Scorej' Oni means "big farts" in Italian
Can't believe you didn't mention the amazing soundtrack at the very beginning--It's a huge factor on why I love this game so much. It goes hard, for a game that's just a few bucks.
Missingno references the tweaking (void glitch) of gen4 pokemon where the only way to navigate was to to a certain number of steps here and there, which is very interesting. It even says 'with inverse fate run off the world' when in pokemon you have to cross load zones so fast you can run off the world.

Doesn't that work for any character? And I'm pretty sure it works for Sole Solution too, and anything that may cover the background like Santa Water or something. I think I found this out on the Tower map with the Song of Mana character using Santa Water.

Granfaloon was a mistranslation in the English version of SotN. He's called Legion in the JP version of SotN (which is canon by default in the case of localization) as well as in all future Castlevania appearances. (Aria of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Order of Ecclesia)
I thought this video would be a lore video discussing some of the strange/unexplainable things in Vampire Survivors like the bizarre final boss/ending, the yellow sign and yellow hands associated with it, some weird obscure details, etc. Instead it was just explaining the most obvious trivia that everyone knows, like what Missingno is (Is there anyone who DOESN'T know about Missingno? The most famous glitch in gaming?) or who Leda is a reference to. (Legion and Adel, obviously.) You just wasted 8 minutes of my life on click bait. Is there not one Vampire Survivors lore video on TH-cam to explain what the heck the ending is supposed to mean?

leda's design also reminded me of the kyuubi from naruto trying to break out of the chibaku tensei

That’s not specific to any one character. It’s a lag issue where the on screen particles become so heavy to process that collision doesn’t.

Leda is very slow and doesnt teleport when you run too far from her so its possible you missed her
