I Have sasquatch feet and need super wide shoes with an unnaturally high instep. Almost no shoe brand carries a 4-5E width. Wide sketchers always fit. And if I want to just buy a size that fits on width and not care about anything else I'm usually looking at a size 16, which again no one carries.
