- Japan has many different supermarket chain stores where a variety of ready to eat cooked foods are available. They each have their own kitchens and often bakeries on site.
Supermarkets are typically as quick as convenience stores but with a much larger selection of foods to choose from. Today's lunch has seven items:

The bicycle parking blows my mind. In the U.S, those bikes would be stolen. Shows me how civilized Japanese people are.
Sue Happyface No, Japan doesn’t beat anyone in public, not for several decades. Just like Americans, you just get arrested and depending on your crime if it’s minor like stealing a bike, they get less than three months in jail. If it’s worse, which it rarely happens in Japan, several years. If someone kills their family, the death penalty, unless that person is just mentally ill. The Americans aren’t wimpy when it comes to punishment when someone gets caught from their crimes, basically the same thing, go to jail. If police beats someone publicly, there would be a huge protest no matter what the person did. No one has been publicly beaten for a few centuries if ever in the U.S.! Would you rather get beaten or just go to jail and pay for your crimes? Would you like to see one of your loved ones beaten so badly where they’re bloody, welts all over their body, they pass out from the excruciating pain? Trust me, if Japan beat their own people, it would be all over the news since everyone uses their phones to record everything. Actually the police in Japan are a lot more tolerant than the American police and unfortunately the police in the U.S. has gotten a bad reputation for being too brutal with people they arrest. Not all the time but if a person is trying to shoot at cops or anyone, the cops won’t ask questions or hesitate, they’ll shoot first then ask questions! Trust me, Americans are far from being wimps! If you think that Americans are wimps (your own words), and I’m sure you meant to say the American police officers are wimps, then no one would be in jail, crime would rise even more. If you think that people should get beaten in public in the U.S., then I suggest you write your local Senator, the Mayor and your states Governor that the Americans are wimps. Smdh.
I was saying the same thing..Before we even start, bikes dont get chained up. No one worries bike wont be there. Just like in NY times square..🥺..Classy is Japan
It pure politics in the US ..democrats need votes, the have nots, who comitt crime get a pass..decriminalization of shoplifting, fare jumping, small amount drug possession, early criminal release, has led to, crime pays, so why not do it..the best is when cops get hit, or molested, water thrown and criminals get a pass..Japanese people, respect each other, elders and law enforcement. Its cultural.

Sad, but true. I've seen people steal bikes that are chained up. If it's only chained up by the wheel, they'll just leave the wheel and take the rest. I've also seen people just carry a big chain snipper too. The thieves in The States are very bold.
Japanese Egg sandwiches just looks so good.
They're the bomb. My go-to breakfast with a can of Boss coffee whenever I'm lucky enough to be over there. Fast, fresh, filling, delicious and available everywhere! 240円 (like $2US) for the normal-sized ones at 7-Eleven or Family Mart.

Fr. It's probably the exercise he does. Some people think it's coke and occasionally I've wondered but I think it's because he bikes so much. Also from what I've read healthier food digests faster so because Japan's good quality is so much better, that could be why

@@pesto12601 where i live allot places are shut down parks pizza shops our stores changed there hours and policies on how many people are allowed in at the store at once and they are saying no kids at all in the stores as well my small community definitely shut down and it sucks so I agree with you hopefully most people can just stay home in this virus can be done and over with so we can have our lives back

I love how the food at the supermarkets in Japan are so fresh. And the variety is second to none.

I love Japanese supermarkets, everything looks so appealing and organized. I always check out the different ones when I go to Japan

The caramel apple danish looked to be the best item of the day.
