This is a good update if own the older goggles and controllers, and you want to buy just the Avata 2, and not the bundle. Great video, thanks for sharing.
@@jamjampoiness8309 checked it out and it's not possible apparently you can't mix and match, no single thing from the Avata 1 will work with the Avata 2.
Would I have fomo, if I were to go with the fpv2 rather than fpv3? Rc2 has the external antenna and bit heavier with earlier transmission but anything else?!
is it true that the only way is to use with Googles 2 should be 2nd generation of Controller and you can't use 3rd generation of controller with googles 2 and avata 2&
Almost same Q as below: can I use the Avata 2 with the latest goggles but with the FPV 2 controller, or is this only working if I use the older goggles too? Looking at the release notes it isn’t possible to mix.
This update appears to address forward compatibility for O3 hardware and not backward compatibility with O4 hardware. Your question is using a combination of both that is unclear. Someone is going to have to test it out.

@@RobHK there are no such options for beginner mode in goggles 2 but it's available on goggle 3 where I turned off the same. I think it should be available on g2 as well.
Pretty pointless update for this who fly FOV with 03 what we need is for the RC3 and Goggles 3 to be backwardly compatible with 03 units. Then I can sell my goggles 2 and rc2
Get the Avata 2 here:

I have a question, is it possible to link the Avata 2 with the RC2 controller and the goggles 3?
Also wondering this
I dont see any new updates on dji app
Well, that was a fun ride. I can bind the Integra and the FPV2 to the Avata 2, but apparently not the Goggles 3 and the FPV2.
Having the same issue here so it's not possible to use the goggles 3 and the fpv rc 2? Only the goggles 2 and the fpv rc 2 is that it?
@@nevezeraa Wel in my case the Integra worked fine.
Come here for the same information - can the controller 2 not be used with the goggles 3?
@@nevezeraa i have the same problem, i can not connect the controller2 and goggles3 with avata2. I tried all possible ways.
@@arianitgjonbalaj7334any news?
Can you get the remote 2 to work with goggles 3?
I haven’t been able to DJI says it can but I haven’t been able to even after updating
Hi
Very helpful information, I will try to get Avata 2 stand alone to use with my existing controller.
Thanks
Can I bind the Avata 2 and the Goggles 3 and the FPV 2, I can't seem to make it work and all have been updated
I have the same issue,
Don’t think it’s possible, let me know if you work it out

i had the same question to-let me know if goggles 3 work with the controller 2!
I am in the same position. Any news on that?
No, goggles 3 require fpv controller 3 or rc motion 3.
Goggles 2 require, fpv controller 2 or rc motion 2
How to conekt Controller 2 Avatar 2 Googles 3

I guess the update has been pulled back, I can’t update (Belgium). Read about some issues on the official DJI forum.
Do you think the RC2 that I use w my Mini 4Pro will ever be compatible w the Avata 2?
What about buying the avata 2 with goggles 3 and using it with my remote controller 2? Is it possible? (RC2 + goggles 3 + Avata 2)
Any news?
When using the goggles integra and remote controller 2, what are we sacrificing?
ocusync 4 . IOS missing settings maybe .. rest NOT mutch haha
I don’t See any new firmware update

Ye id believe the release notes. So dumb too. Might aswell well not have added compatibility in that case for me at least..

Can I use fpv v3 controller with gg2? I can't find any info of that on DJI website. Thank you
No

Does 4k/100 fps only shoot in slow motion?
Slomo 4k/120fps
When i connect to goggle 2 its says maximum distance reached at 30m but in avata 2 its sets to no limit. do i need connect my phone with dji fly app ?
You probably have the beginner mode turned on
