But... can Teams work as an AppAttached application? If so explain how as it only exists in the user's profile. And, how can you manage updates as it update's itself in every user's profile.

FSLogix AppAtach looks very nice. Please do a video on how to 1-Create-App, 2-Update-App, 3-Optimize-App-Storage.

There is an installer package available for Microsoft Teams to install for all users. It's not an MSIX package though.
So does an application need to support app attach for this to work out will it work with any existing / legacy application?
Just needs to be packaged as MSIX. You can extend an MSI or EXE pretty easily to MSIX.

can we access to WVD in Android device?
Yes, we've demonstrated this on a previous WVD show. Same with iOS, Mac and even a Chromebook (via HTML5 experience)
