I just literally put the darker blue ones on foot yesterday. Also yes thicker socks work better for the men’s in my opinion because I have a narrow foot. Great walking shoe……

I haven't committed to vomero as of yet. When I look for these kinds of sneakers, I typically go to NB. However, they're starting to put out an influx of colorways so I may change my mind over time. 😊 thx Shade.
NB for pure retro. Vomero is that perfect medium between Retro + Techy. Some brands take the techy vibe too far like Balenciaga and exaggerate the tech to a point of absurdity. Another example is NB 9060 which also merges retro + techy, but the techy part goes too far and ruins the entire shoe in my opinion (some will disagree). Vomero is just right in this regard.
I have the cobblestone in womens and the anthracite in mens both in 8.5 and never understood why my anthracite felt so big until watching this video to realise that they have designed them different thank you and honestly the women’s fit a lot better

Sounds like if you have a wider foot as a woman… you should size up maybe a half size if it’s a narrower shoe?

Just got my first Vomero 5’s. Good looking however not nearly as comfy for my feet as my New Balance 990’s.
