Cabbage Roll Soup

Earlier this evening I made Spanish Rice in a large skillet. Then I saw your video for this soup. I have half a cabbage to use up, and one of those cartons of beef broth that is just at the "best by" date, and I also have a pound of ground beef. So this is perfect for me. I will make this tomorrow. I was going to make slaw with my cabbage, but this will be much better. It looks like you let it simmer for quite awhile to get that good color and flavor. Thanks.

Great stuff, Betty! When I'm feeling lazy but still want cabbage rolls, I make it like a lasagna, substituting the cooked cabbage leaves for noodles. This looks great for any time -- especially winter days 👍👍😀. Lol! Ester and I often have different things for meals...

Hi Betty, I'm sorry you're having trouble with TH-cam, too. This has been happening to me for a couple of weeks now. Either there's no place for me to comment, or i don't get notifications. I read your community post and I've had that happen in studio also. I've tried everything to fix it. It's very frustrating. I've heard others say the same thing.
