So if the vaccine only lessens severity and doesn't prevent you from getting covid that means vaccinated kids are just as contagious as unvaccinated, so why shouldn't it be optional? The only person at risk is the individual.

I’m in NJ and most of this place is brain dead when it comes to politics. I will say though, I briefly saw Jack at a car show recently and he seemed to get a warm reception, and this is was what I would consider a pretty blue area. Hopefully it translates at the polls.

Murphy's final statement was all about government. More about programs. More about 'Big Brother'. More about control. The only think about Republican politicians is I wish they gave more priority to our public transit infrastructure. Instead they delay it as if it weren't important. NJ is urban but Republicans seem to not want anything to do with that. They love suburbia. Well if you want to lead the most densely populated state in the country you better pay attention to public transit.
Chris Christy and Donald Trump are part of the reason we haven't been building new tunnels into Manhattan already. We could've started this 12 years ago yet it only recently got approved because we have a Democrat president and governor. Unfortunately that's how it has to be for any infrastructure project to get approved.

I predict a massive exodus with high tax consequences to those who leave (perhaps even a retro-active wealth tax, like the one being proposed again in California). Let's hope the voter fraud is only half of what it was last year (wishful thinking). The problem with NJ is its single issue democratic voters (namely the teachers unions, late-term abortion activists and pro vaccine mandate authoritarians). The rest just have to be "fooled enough" by the rhetoric of the mainstream media to willfully surrender their constitutional rights for the false sense of security, which in and of itself disrespects the men and women who fought and died to defend such rights to begin with. The republicans pulled the same crap back in the 2000s during the war on terror and the establishment of the "Patriot Act." In 2016, the GOP had their paradigm shift when Jeff Bush had his political career completely annihilated, whereas the DNC chose Hillary Clinton in error. As a result, the establishment democrats were forced to pander to the radical left in fear of losing their jobs to the next generation of socialists. People think that the democrats in power are in control, but in actuality they are aggressors acting in desperation of their limited time. The 2022 elections are right around the corner. They may never have this much power ever again within their party. Either way if your a private sector working class resident, you have no business voting democrat, as their ideology will rape your livelihood without mercy.

I think New Jersey, much like Pennsylvania, has suffered long enough under corrupt politicians only out for themselves, and politicians that think they can get away with being elected by using word association to turn out blind partisan voters. I know New Jersey is more liberal than Pennsylvania, and the typical New Jersey voter is more liberal than I, but I don’t believe the average New Jersian is a hardcore Democratic partisan that supports the corruption that Gov. Murphy embodies.
Jack Ciattarelli seems like the right man for the job and seems well equipped to make a dent in the problems your state faces. I think he would end up being a governor New Jersey could be proud of, and would be effective at improving the state of things in NJ, from personal issues to statewide issues.
The Statue of Liberty stands in your side of the harbor, as does Ellis Island, where millions came to this country for a better life, and to pursue the American dream. New Jersey should be one of the shining examples of what the American dream can deliver for people. I believe that if anyone’s going to start to make New Jersey be that shining example, it would be him.
We’ve got our own fight to save Pennsylvania coming up next year, but yours is next week. Get out and vote, and if what I say is worth anything to you, vote for Jack.
