If only they had put Elder Mimic instead of the Regular Mimic. Regular Mimic in game has no sounds. But in the real analog horror they do. Just add a Disguise ability in the game for Mimic and it’s a good entity.

And when i saw he actually spewed that blood out in this animation then i thought Mimic would win. But then i remembered that The Man in The Suit is almost unkillable. My man took too many bullets in his head.

The only thing I'm sad about is the fact that nilo fell for the invisibility even though he has great hearing to the point where he can hear somebody's heartbeat meaning he could technically just listen from the mimic and then attack him once he gets his location from sound but you could also say that when he's invisible he also makes no sound since his Chase music gets muted while ascended

Honestly, if you think about it from an in-game stat point, this fight could've gone either way. Vita mimic has the strength advantage, as it deals more damage to targets who are alone, such as nilo is here, and it doesnt rely on status effects to deal its highest damage. Without his radiation, nilo's bite is actually very weak, the weakest attack in the game. Nilo had the speed advantage, but the vita mimic is DANGEROUSLY smart, and also has the stealth advtantage. Nilo basically would have to solely rely on his radiated blood to win this battle. If vita mimic was smart enough to avoid it, he could have won. But if nilo nanaged to land it on vita, which he did, then the mimic would die. It was really down to if vita momic could avoid the blood. A statistically close bout imo.
Mimic are predators. That hunt for humans. It would make sense why the Mimic would leave Niloticus after beating it, as it doesn’t eat anything else other than humans. I watched the series it’s real great

I was like, *"Welp, cause they have the coolest designs doesn't make them a winner."* But then I was suddenly surprised that they gave us a huge flase victory.
Niloticus vs elder mimic would be fire!! Context: an elder mimic is a fully grown mimic thats much stronger and smarter then a regular mimic. I'd recommend watching vita carnis to learn more about the mimic
