    Terrific meal preparation. I make raw yogurt as well. Just FYI..you may be heating your milk too much and your yogurt won’t be “raw”. I heat my milk to 110 Fahrenheit to keep the good bacteria in tact. I make mine in the crock pot and I’ve never used a starter culture…so I’m not sure if that makes a difference. I hope you get to eat dairy again as well 🤞

      yogurt up to a week. The foods I freeze probably can last 3 months, but I use it all up within couple weeks.

    Good morning Sylvia😊 very informative again you’re a kind caring mama it’s always good to see. Maybe I missed this but what’s the chicken feed for? Collagen? Tell you the truth there’s a first time I’ve seen it cooked or boiled. My acupuncture guy tells me that chicken feet is the best collagen that you can use…… The collagen I use I just mix it with water and drink it.

      bone broths are very high in glucasomine which you won't get in muscle meat.

    How do you serve the meat cubes when it comes to eating them?

    • @CarnivoreCoachSylvia
      @CarnivoreCoachSylvia  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      i warm them up in butter or bone broth. Sometimes for variety i add so much broth as to make it into soup.
