Thanks for sharing your journey! I hope I can get a Dreamliner flight one day soon - it’s on my bucket list! Loved seeing the take off too! Have a wonderful trip and stay safe 🙂✈️💜
Great video! Beautiful plane and nice flight. Your seating area was amazing, and your meals looked so nice. I also love seeing the different Airports! I am looking forward to many more videos of your beautiful Asian trip. Thank you so much for taking us along, especially for those who cannot travel right now. Stay safe!
Excellent video, 1 of my favourite of all time on TH-cam. Logical travel video starting from your apt in Toronto, thru airports and public transits, ending in your airbnb in Seoul. Interesting to see how the other 1/2 (or 1/3) travel with your Signature ticket and Maple Leaf lounge pass.👍
I’m a big fan of your channel. I especially love these videos where you travel to other places. I too, have a TH-cam channel where I do go to different places. Not as popular as other travel vlogs but I do it for the joy of travelling. Quite frankly what enjoy most about travelling is the plane rides. I love planes. Thank you for posting these amazing videos.
The long walkway inside the Canada airport to the ✈️ is rather far away....the airport is elegance and beautifully engineered...have a great flight to Seoul...
That was quite a journey from Toronto to Seoul. Thanks for the full trip report. Lots of useful info if we want to travel to Asian countries. Business class experience was well worth it.
Hey johnny Congrats on hitting ( 89 thousand subs) that's so awesome so proud & happy to be a part of the strides channel woohoo 😊 Awesome Vid i loved it ❤& Happy Easter to hope you're having a great time from Estelle 😊
Tip: When flying business class, if you need a seat change or any other servicing done to your booking, you can always inquire at the lounge (no need to see a gate agent). This is usually the case if the airline uses their own staff and have their own computer systems at the lounge and doesn't outsource to a third party lounge provider where the staff have no access to airline computer systems.
Great video thankyou, im so glad you won your wonderful upgrade, im sure you enjoyed it. Your video is excellant you getting from A to B, you never flap or seem to worry its like you live there all the time. Enjoy your vacation and keep safe 👞👞
Hey Johnny 👋 This was a fabulous video of your entire aircanada flight from months commencing bon voyage to Seoul from Toronto hoped you had a rockin rollin adventures and time around asia too well- deserved and blessed. cheers
This video reminded me of my last day in Canada at Pearson Airport. I was an ESL (English as a Second Language) student at U of T from Korea in 2002 - 2003. The last thing I had done in Canada at the airport was... buying Tim Horton coffee and muffins. 😄 I knew that I was going to miss them after going back to Korea. I can't believe that was 20 years ago... I miss Canada. By the way, I am so glad Johnny is visiting my country. I hope you enjoy your trip!
Great video. You made the subway look easy to negotiate but was knackered with the amount of walking. How on earth do older people with bigger suitcases manage.😮 Didn't see any passenger go carts that Pearson has.
Hey Johnny what an awesome video so far and very informative what's it's like to travel abroad. Do you plans to travel to the Philippines one day? My wife has family there and my one wish is to travel there someday.
hi Johnny. thanks for the video. do you mind sharing what your bid for that seat was? how long before did you book/bid? how long does it take to find out if your bid was accepted? thanks again.
@@JohnnyStrides that’s a great deal! But leaving it to 48hrs… 😬 especially if you were ultimately planning to upgrade. Can you bid with aeroplan points?
Since you were flying Air Canada Business Class, you could have entered security at the far right hand side of the terminal behind the aisle where the Air Canada Business Class check-in counters are located. Wishing you many more business class and perhaps even international first class flights to come! Maybe next time you can do the Emirates A380 in First Class to Dubai and make a shower video?
Johnny way too high a bid. $1200!, INSANE!! What are you doing to all of us??!! Of course you got the upgrade throwing those many $$. Crazy! See the empty pods? That means you paid TOO much!
Huh? There was only one empty pod and the entertainment system was broken. $1200 was the minimum bid and is the cheapest you'll ever grab this particular flight for.
This is a relaxin' flight i'm thinking of going to my descent countries e.g. Trinidad & Portugal again. i didn't know flying to Korea was e.g. 1 or 2hrs.
@@jakearsenta2144 agreed, I try to avoid this airport if at all possible when flying from my YVR hub. I now fly into Kitchener- Waterloo airport if heading back East. Haven't flown with AC for yrs. wither after repeated delays when flying internationally to Asia. Plenty of premium airlines leaving from Vancouver that get my support now.
Pearson is probably the worst airport I have ever been to. Never have I ever had a good experience rhere. None! I think I’m good with staying in Minneapolis where my airport is actually functional and is the best airport in North America. Let alone, Toronto is such an overrated dump of a city I don’t think I’ll ever be back. I’m good staying in Minnesota, also that way I do not have to travel with Air Canada. Air travel in Canada is such a disgrace, imagine if the USA was like this!?
@@JohnnyStrides Bro, what are you talking about? I literally said in my comment I flew once from Minneapolis to Toronto. So I HAVE dealt with the TSA before, contrary to what you just said to me. How is the US the worst country to fly into or transit through? MSP is the best airport in North America, and DTW is also excellent for on time departures. Does Canada have any of these honors? NOPE.
@@jakearsenta2144 Name a more incompetent experience in all of aviation than having to transit through any TSA checkpoint as a foreigner... you can't. Outstanding video Johnny!! I absolutely loved everything that I got to see! Fabulous and exciting!! I hope you are having a terrific time! Cheers!!
Wow thanks Christine and glad you enjoyed it! There will be a few more like this on the way soon :)
@@JohnnyStrides That's awesome!! I hope you are having an amazing time! Cheers! 🙂
Great idea with the glass doors and partitions to prevent people getting onto the subway tracks! All train stations should adopt this idea!
Yep! Most countries outside of North America have platform screen doors, especially East Asia and West Europe. Can’t wait to see everyone adopt this!
Hello Johnny! Great flight ✈️ from Toronto to Seoul, South Korea! Hope everyone has a great Easter 🐣 weekend! Cheers!
I've been calling Canada my home for the last 16 years, but my roots are in South Korea (Seoul). Welcome and have fun!

The first Strides documentary film. I will be watching on the plane today. Thx Johnny.

All the best for your patience at the airport and all the ticket machines for public transport. Enjoy your vacation Sharon Beit Yaakov from Israel
I really enjoyed watching your trek through the airport and your experience on the plane, Johnny. Looks like business class was definitely worth it!
What an amazing entrance into a whole new world. I hope someday I can make travels like this
Nice video 👌 I've just flown air canada business class.....here for 4 weeks visiting family and friends

good morning everyone
Wow, those views out the window of arctic mountains around minute 37 are really stunning and a bit scary. Not where to take your next camping trip.
You know that your tone of voice sounds like it would be a good fit for a flight attendant (or any other PA system)
Johnny, I don't think I could ever travel alone the way you can. I don't have the guts! 😅
lol it's not that hard!
So cool!!!!

26:00 wait you’re only 5’11” tall? I thought you were taller than that.
have fun be safe etc etc . dont forget to live stream!
Hi john are you planning to go to the Philippines?😊
It's only a "bathroom" if there's a bath in the room, otherwise it's a washroom!!!
did you have to show proof of vaccination?
Based on my previous experience, Air Canada has bad catering. I’m not sure if this was the case on your flight Johnny?
i have also had a balance issue on takeoff with the osmo. it seems to tilt a little bit. are there any fixes?
Throw it into tilt lock mode and that should do the trick.
business class ... party like a rock, party like a rock star
It would have been your best video if you would have video your flight out of Toronto
Unfortunately it was raining
What back pack do you have?
Flights from Toronto to Seoul depart from the E Gates.
33:56 Did you join the mile high club Johnny? :D
lol not yet
Beefeaters….Bombay(Safire)…..great gins! Toast to you!
Do we have to wear mask in air canada planes ?
Nope
How the hell can you go you to Asia for 3 weeks with only a carry on? Unbelievable.
