Beautiful. The interaction with the natural world resonated deeply with me. This is my favorite mantra. Holds so much power. Arthur Russell (experimental cellist who died in the 90s) put me on to this. His music resonates deeply because of his relationship with Buddhist teachings, mantras and wanting to combine that with popular music. Thank you for your rendition.

Thank you for this! The poet, director and spiritualist Alejandro Jodorowsky also used the ending of The Heart Sutra in his film "The Dance of Reality". The world needs more healing and nourishing words, both spoken and heard. I believe that the body is a message of the universe and to quote the late, great Alan Watts, "we are the universe experiencing itself", we just haven't seen the oneness of it all yet.

Will look into that film! That is such a great quote from Alan Watts as well, and I have to agree with him. ❤️

Very beautiful and relaxing my Princess, my fondest memories of you are at my Consecration as a Bishop I was in my Robes you sat on my knee and said Uncle Gerry now that you're a Prince will you still Love me when I grow up , I said Emily I've loved you from your birth till now and I will always Love you.
