Everyone can become Buddha.
大乘佛教不同于其他宗教，不是祈祷not praying ，是乘佛妙愿而成如来(to be enlightened or to become Buddha by chanting Buddha name)。
南无本师释迦牟尼如来
🌷《华严经》 入不思议解脱境界普贤行愿品：
「...善財童子白言：大聖！從何處來？
彌勒告言：善男子！一切菩薩無來無去，如是而來；無行無住，如是而來；無處、無定、不沒、不生、不住、不遷、不動、不起、無戀、無著、無業、無報、無起、無滅、不斷、不常，如是而來。
復次，善男子！菩薩從大悲處來，愍念調伏諸眾生故；從大慈處來，救護逼迫苦眾生故；從淨戒處來，隨其所樂自在生故；從大願處來，往昔願力所加持故；從神通處來，於一切處隨樂現故；從無動搖處來，不捨如來不動體故；從無取捨處來，不役身心使往來故；從智慧方便處來，隨順一切眾生轉故；從示現變化處來，猶如影像而化現故。....」
道理不是很难懂。大乘佛教的教导是全部众生本性本来就具足圆满(真如本性，不生不灭不垢不净不增不减)，本来就和佛一样，只是迷色form受想行识，所以惑业苦。
🌷《华严经》：「无一众生而不具有如来功德智慧，但以妄想颠倒执着，而不证得。若离妄想，一切智自然智无碍智，则得现前。」
🌷《圆觉经》：「本性圆满故，菩萨于此中，能发菩提心，末世诸众生，修此免邪见。」
每一众生都能够和如来一样，全部能够成为未来如来菩萨。
🌷《华严经》：「心佛众生，三无差别。」
🌷《圆觉经》：「始知众生本来成佛。」
只需找个办法，觉悟本来就圆满具足，不生不灭的真如本性，明心、见性无殊后，又妙愿妙行，方便其他有缘众生觉醒本性。
例如，《圆觉经》把所有觉悟本性/自性/佛性的方便分成三类：Samatha奢摩他，Samadhi三摩鉢提， Dhyana禪那。
Samatha 摩诃止观就完全不管外境，更不提什么鬼神。完全只是实验觉醒本性真如，不生不灭不垢不净不增不减，又妙愿妙行。止观没有任何的迷信，完全是客观的验证。摩诃止观不是信仰。
念佛Samadhi(念佛三昧)是因为觉悟者已经觉醒不生不灭的本性真如，又妙愿方便有缘。
念佛是随顺如来菩萨的方便，觉醒真如本性(觉悟)，又妙愿妙行。是以如来的果地觉为因地心。是乘如来菩萨妙愿妙行，最后圆满后成就如来。如同如来。
每一尊如来为了不同的沉迷而随顺众生，所以就不同妙愿妙行。
因此念观世音菩萨，阿弥陀如来或十方如来皆是为了是觉醒本来就具足的真如本性(佛性)，又妙愿妙行，如同如来。却不是提倡和推广主仆的奴隶主义。
南无本师阿弥陀如来。
娑婆世界的下一尊未来如来是弥勒如来。

Dharmaya is the dharma, the Buddha’s teachings that lead us away from suffering, and sanghaya is the sangha, the meditation community. Together with the Buddha (Buddhaya), these are considered the three jewels in Buddhism

I am not an expert in this mantra but it seems to be 'Homage to Amitābha, Buddha, Dharma and Sangha'.
Amitābha is a buddha who is said to live in the pure land of Sukhāvatī. By chanting his name you will be reborn in Sukhāvatī if you have not achieved enlightenment in this life, and it will be easier to achieve it from Sukhāvatī than on earth. The Chinese and Japanese Pure Land schoola of Buddhism are based around Amitābha.
Buddha, Dharma and Sangha are the three jewels of Buddhism that Buddhists take refuge in. The Buddha is the historic buddha and teacher, the Dharma is the teachings themselves, and the Sangha is the community of Buddhist practitioners.

Hi! I am no expert but through a search on Google I was able to distinguish that Om Namo Amitābhaya means "entering into the limitless Light", whereas Namo Amida Butsu means "''In the Infinite Light Buddha I take refuge. "
