It doesn't matter to me what the finds are, I laugh and smile so dang much every single episode! Hope the team can make more videos together this year:) PLEASE bring back the friendly competitions, oldest silver, oldest coin, do the scratch off tickets. I always enjoyed yalls little rivalries and competitions :) Please just keeping making videos Kurt! I love them all
it could be, they should probably bring out some more folks, I was up there in that area recently, would have loved to joke and fart around with these boys
@@finderskeepers6684 Finders, had the privilege of hunting with Kurt several years ago when I was up in Balto, he invited me out to a field like that, I was pretty new to detecting and man what a blast I had!
Kurt, what you published is reality! These are the dayz you have to get thru from time to time that are going to test your mettle for this art. YES...Metal detecting is an art form and the results of your brush strokes/work are not always going to be the prettiest. That's why there's another day and another time out there! You guys rock!
Kurt no need to apologize! You are showing us how difficult metal detecting can be and that you don’t always find rare treasure in the ground or cool stuff. Those of us who watch your channel hopefully watch to see exciting finds along with the everyday stuff that is not super fantastic. Keep your videos coming and I will keep watching.😊
Well, you just got to grin and bear it. We had a site down hear where it was loaded with whisky bottle caps and they drove us nuts because they sounded the same as dimes. You just never know. It was just a great day to be alive. Thanks!
Great episode regardless of the lack of finds that’s reality and keeping it real and if the other subs don’t like it they can pound sand I know how hard it is to create content so I’m down with whatever you post and I’ll watch every minute. So thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼 p.s. I haven’t seen that many balls laid out since Debby went to Dallas…😳 😬 and I’m pretty sure you didn’t say ffffffuuuunnn every time either lol
H boys you have to have days like this in order to get the magnificent days that we all know that you've had in the past. Putting out a video like this shows us that not every time out is great, but rewarding in other ways. Thanks for not showing Mucks face, I know that the witness protection people are pleased.
Nice to see you sometimes have a similar experience and feel "depressed" about it, because that has been my reality lately. We keep swinging, the only way to find treasure.👍
mark...do NOT let your finds dictate your happiness. the hobby is so relaxing and exciting at the same time. Just let the slow swing, monotonous tone, peaceful atmosphere, relax your mind body and soul. Enjoy.
I'm not glad it was a rough day, but for the rest of us diggers, it a good reminder that you have days like ours where it's a lot of work and sometimes nothing really turns up. Next week will be an amazing but for y'all! HH
It is the reality of detecting and the next signal could be the one that turns it all round and what keeps us all going. Hopefully your luck changes soon
I agree with you when you say you get a bit depressed during a quiet day because I am going through a quiet spell myself now. 😔. I have had several long spells like this during my detecting career but I also know that it does turn around eventually and the good times roll again. 😀. HH. 🙂.
Kurt Your videos are the best. They bring us right in on your searches. Well edited and full of character. Your knowledge of coins and enthusiasm are always a must watch. Enjoy your friends also. Keep creating your well loved on the channel.
Hi Kurt, I am finally first. Can’t tell you how much I love this channel. Tell B-rad he’s whipped more than foo and he’s a wuss. You guys are the best!
@@diggingindiana1464 Second place tries harder! Embarrassingly enough I kept refreshing everything to try to get first place this week. See you next Wednesday 😎😉
@@johnleeshute I have been a captain since the 90’s. I ran a boat in Florida that allowed for 125 people and a local band. So every Friday we did a booze cruise and they hired a co captain named Bob Seeger. We had a blast advertising “Friday Night booze cruise with Steve Miller and Bob Seeger”
Glad to see a day like that doesn’t only happen to me! Lol that’s been 2024 for me so far . I’m really happy if I find an Indian. Only one silver for me this year. Hopefully I get some new farms soon.
I absolutely love your guy's videos. I've said it a few times I know but this is one of the only channels I watch that I have a marked calendar for their uploads. I'm finally getting back into the swing of things and getting out more, your videos keep us all motivated! HH guys. P.S. -> Please never stop doing what you're doing, watching you guys pull feels like I'm there and doing it myself.
You guys found a lot of junk, but at least you found some silver. Like you said, some days are good, some days are bad. Thanks for sharing your adventure. 👍👍
Be happy you can dig as many holes as you can. I started when I was 48 I’m 56 and can go for maybe 3 hours of hunting in a 5 hour time frame. Lots of breaks. Cancer arthritis 22 surgeries I’ve worked very hard for a living.
But I’m getting ready to walk out the door right to save some history. And introduce the land owner to metal detecting. I’ll give hello til I can’t. I would love to come east and hunt with you guys. Friends and I are 35 state relic hunters on you tube.
Never gets old watching the Hoover boys every Wednesday and I just can't wait it's April in Michigan the fishing is just now starting to come around I'm catching suckers small mouth bass but it's still early yet and I can't wait till mental health 2024 videos of all the sharks they're catching as in Big fish
Still a great video. The D Buckles Thimble and Even the Wheatie makes a successful hunt for me. Muck Congrats on the IHP Rosie and Buttons. I'm so bad if I don't find anything I'll go somewhere to find at least a Penny. It just shows people out there it's not always the Coins or Relics that we like. Take Care Kurt and Muck
Ahhhh...I hate days like that. Like going fishing and not catching anything. How about a relic room video, or a video on how you display some of your stuff.
Kurt, another fantastic hunt from out there in the field, but I have to comment, unless Minelab has upgraded the Nox 600 to 99 segments, the Nox 600 and 800 only have 50 segments, 40 positive and 10 negative for iron. So when you kept say Mark's machine was reading signals above 40, he can't be using the Nox 600. Thanks Rob / FlThunder
We had some scary storms here in Ky yesterday, just so they don't hit you . Keep your eyes open bro, love this channel man, keep up the great content !
i dug a 64 rosie on the same type of farmpath here in VA lol. was a 64 rosie and a 58 wheat penny. that was all i found that day other than rifle casings.
I enjoyed the video Kurt, I’ve said it before, I, and I bet lots of others, appreciate seeing you guys have what is an average hunt for us. “FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNaaa” 😅
Hi Kurt and Mark and others, just a question... Do you guys think most buttons were lost just by trudging through the rivers or maybe from washing their clothes? I'm sure both could be the answer but I was watching some old river round-ups and I couldn't believe how many buttons were found in a small area. I bet finding a clear stream to drink from or bathe the dirt off that has been baked on would feel like a luxury. I would hate to think about the blood, ticks and lice that would have coated their skin and clothing. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Just ordered from your eBay shop ("All hole matter") tee. I wanted to get the grey or green logo shirt for the wife. Any idea when the L or XL will be available? Also if you come south to central VA you should let us know. Thanks.
What detector is Mark using that he’s always kicking your tails with? Your final wrap up was better than the live digs at least. Not too bad of a day. 👍
