తుమ్మిడిహట్టి నుండి మెడిగడ్డకు మార్చడంలోని ఔచిత్యాన్ని వివరించలేదు.

తుమ్మిడి హట్టి వద్ద లేని నీరు మేడిగడ్డ వద్ద ఎక్కడినుండి వస్తుందో వివరించలేకపోయారు.
ఇక్కడ గోదావరి నీళ్ళే వస్తాయి.
ఎల్లంపల్లి గోదావరి మీద ఉంది కాబట్టి గోదావరి నీళ్లను లెక్కలోకి తీసుకోవద్దు.
మానేరు పైన మిడ్ మానేరు, లోయర్ మానేరు డాం లు ఉన్నాయి కాబట్టి మానేరు నది గోదావరిలో కలువక ముందే మరొక డాం డిజైన్ చేసి ఉంటే కనీసం మానేరు నీళ్లు ఉపయోగంలోకి వచ్చేవి. ఇప్పుడు ఆ నీళ్లు వృధాగా సముద్రంలోకి వెళ్లిపోతున్నాయి.
ఇప్పుడు చెప్పండి ఏ నీళ్లు మేడిగడ్డ దగ్గర అదనంగా వస్తున్నాయి?
తుమ్మిడి హట్టి దగ్గర సముద్ర మట్టం నుండి 145 మీటర్ల ఎత్తు ఉంది. దీని పైన మరో 148 మీటర్ల ఎత్తు డాం నిర్మాణం జరిగితే 290 కి మీటర్ల ఎత్తు అవుతుంది.
145 మీటర్ల దగ్గర మరో 60 మీటర్ల ఎత్తులో నీటిని మళ్ళిస్తే 200 మీటర్ల ఎత్తులోనుండి నీరు వస్తుంది.
200 మీటర్ల ఎత్తులో నుండి నీరు వస్తే 140 మీటర్ల ఎత్తులో ఉన్న ఎల్లంపల్లిలోకి గ్రావిటీ ద్వారా నీళ్లు వస్తాయి కదా? రావని చెప్పడం తప్పు కాదా?!
అసలు ప్రశ్నలు అడగలేదు, వాటికి సమాధానం చెప్పలేదు.

కనీసం మానేరు నది పైన ఓదెడు/ఓదేడు ప్రాంతంలో మరో డాం నిర్మించినా ఎంతో ఉపయోగ పడేది.
అక్కడ సముద్ర మట్టం నుండి 155మీ.-160మీ. మధ్య ఉండేది.
ఈ నీళ్లు కూడా ఉపయోగక లోకి వచ్చేవి.
