Honestly, I actually like Chipotle despite sometimes being stressful and fast.

Need to empower the Restauranteurs to take on these roles more. If they can achieve a store of top performers who can achieve high standards, they can manage multiple stores: train, promote, p&L, etc. Re-incentivise the R. :)

Depends on the chipotle location tbh I used to work at chipotle location that was poorly managed and the employees /customers were ghetto. The higher ups didn't care because the store made the most money in the city. so as long as we passed eco they didn't care. At my old store we only had one kitchen leader and a service leader. So a lot of us didn't get cross trained at different positions. all I knew was line and dml for my whole time working there . Despite asking to get trained at different positions. I moved cities and worked at a new chipotle just to find out that they have 6 kitchen/service leaders and their apprentice and Gm actually helps with stuff such as prep and line instead of being in the office the whole day.
I am now learning grill and some other stuff. I learned a lot in the first three weeks than I did the whole time at the first chipotle that I worked at which was almost a year.
