If you like the actress that plays Yingluo - Royal Feast/The legend of Haolan (The last few episodes of Haolan are not as great but the emperor here is also a male lead so its all very similar). One thats very similar to this is Ruyi's royal love, same time period as this one but the lead actress is the second empress instead. Much sadder ending though.
Empresses in the Palace. It deals with the reign of Qianlong's father, and we see what the Empress Dowager in Yanxi in it as she was part of the Harem.
