- Hi guys! So I was trying things with new sounds and managed to get a really better sound than in my previous Amon Amarth's covers. So I decided to do something a little different. Here are the best riffs from Amon Amarth's new album Jomsviking in one guitar medley!!
The medley includes Raise Your Horns' intro riff, At Dawns First Light's main riff, On A Sea Of Blood's chorus, The Way Of Vikings's EPIC guitar solo, First Kill's riff, and the chorus/awesome tapping part from Back On Northern Shores. I chose them according to the general appreciation they had when the album came out, and according to mine!

I like the raise your horns riff, but my only issue with it is is feels like a weaker version of tocks taunt - lokes treachery part 2, still a cool riff though and it’s different enough to not be an exact copy or anything

Tu peux parler français si tu veux. J'ai pas utilisé d'ampli pour m'enregistrer, je me branche directement sur l'ordi avec une interface audio qui fait USB/Jack et j'utilise un logiciel de modelisation d'ampli pour m'enregistrer sur cubase.
Par rope j'imagine que tu parles des cordes (c'est String en anglais en fait ^^), c'est des D'Addario 12-60 exl148
+Fearskill Ouai strings.. la honte --' c'est pas un peu violent comme tirant? enfait je veux régler ma gratte pour faire plus de metal mais j'ai peur qu'avec un gros tirant comme ça je puisse plus passer du standard b à un drop c! sinon t'es français enfait
Ouep Français. Ouais c'est vraiment lourd comme tirant je peux pas m'accorder au dessus de C standard (donc pas de drop C) et Drop B c'est chaud aussi. Prend du 11-56 pour du drop C, ou 10-52 pour pouvoir quand même s'accorder en E facilement

With time you know how much you need to loose the floyd's spings, so now i'd say it take only like 2-3min

Good stuff though it sounds like your intonation needs some tweaking
