K30 Trail Build, Installing the full float 14 bolt rear axle!

  • This week we install the rear full float 14 bolt axle in the 1982 Chevy K30 squarebody Trail truck. We are using a huge haul of Offroad Designs (ORD) parts to get this to all work into one of the baddest trucks in Nevada.

    get the ord main eye hangers, they are way better than the pocket style factory ones that you cant get at the back side of and that hold trash, theyre well worth the 200 bucks

      I bet they are so much better! I was able to get the stock ones to work for now so we'll stick with em.

    Wrong grease for poly, bushings are probably not going to last as long as they should..

    remove that whole oil cooler adapter fr the engine and replace the O rings ,they dry out and leak also plus be easier to get the lines off
