For running a 12V DC motor I am planning to use a bridge rectifier with 4 nos. IN 5408 diode and 1 no. 35V 4700 uf capacitor. Can u pl clarifying if this is enough

First you know the current rating of the DC motor, then you select transformer and diode value depends upon the current rating of the DC motor

Sir the transformer has three output wires so which two wires we need to connect, two sign varying wires or one sign varying wire and one common negative

in case of you have a 12-0-12 transformer and you want 12 volt dc supply means you should take center terminal and any one outer terminal. suppose you want 24 volt dc supply means you should take the outer two terminal and leave the center one
