Emma was spot on in her setup and technique to hit draws or fades. Kodos Emma! And, kudos to Titleist for the new longer and straighter T350! What a club.

Great job Emma. I will definitely try this on the range. I hope to see you on the LPGA in near future and good luck

Usually stronger lofted clubs curve more because of the axial tilt I'd larger between swing path and face angle. Hence why it's super easy to curve a driver but much harder to curve a lob wedge

Love the 50* decent angle with the 7000 spin with a seven. Can attack any pin with those numbers. Distance is great but playing defense isn't always best.

I would like to see the T200 tested against both of these clubs so we could see what the middle ground is like

That can be another comparison we do down the road for sure!

I like Emma's shape. I hit a friend's T350 8 iron twice. Best iron I've ever hit. Long, high draw. Forged face, Tensei stiff shaft is the real deal.

I have found I CAN shape my T 350s! Easier to draw them but definitely workable. FYI Tensei Red A flex

The main thing that affects shape is face to path. On shots where face to path is pretty neutral, you just end up hitting a slight fade or draw. When it's bigger the curve is bigger. You saw she was still able to shape is perfectly when face to path was high even with the T350.

I have played T300 for three years. Honestly, I can shape it both ways and my handicap has gone down from 13 to 8. I think a lot of it is in the feel and look for the player. Clearly, Emma likes the small head and feels she can turn the ball with it, but I like the confidence inspiring head I don’t have a problem producing a strong draw.

Yep and that further speaks to the individuality of golf right? Each player has a different preference for what appeals to them and what works for their swing! Glad those T300's are helping your game out! Keep shooting low!

I bet that if you look at the dynamic lie angle, the T350 will be more toe down than the T100. That is why it was easier to draw the T100. It is also why the T350 was harder to draw, but still could fade.
The reason that the dynamic lie is flatter with the T350 is due to the additional weight in the toe. Club Champion (formerly TXG) did a video about this a few years ago.

Kevin Kraft or Emma Carpenter.....Kevin Kraft or Emma Carpenter.....Kevin Kraft or Emma Carpenter.....Emma all day every day 😎 What she did with the T350 gives us hope....

Obviously Emma is a great player and everyone is different with delivery, but this doesn’t make sense to me. T350 has more offset which is going to make the ball go more left all-else equal. I also don’t understand why less back spin has anything to do with spin axis. If anything, I’d think it would be bigger with a stronger lofted club.
