I ordered mine and it's on back order.....that's a good sign when and American manufacturer is at 100% capacity on a product they make. Can't wait to try it.
Just ordered my Ohio Bar/ C-70 Bar. Can’t wait to start working it. Rogue Fitness is my premier Co for Fitness Equipment. American made not the cheap crap You find in other places in the east. Along with my Ohio Bar I’ve also bought dumbbells from Rogue Fitness. They respond to questions fast via email. Top Notch Company in the Fitness World. Highly recommend their products You want be disappointed !!
I had a chance to use an Ohio bar V2 at an affiliate and I was blown away. The knurling is far superior to my bar, and it is quite upon dropping. The spin was the same as my AF bar, though.
Would have loved to have you put out a SS shaft/SS sleeve bar. I think there's only one other barbell manufacturer that is doing that. I'm sure people would be willing to pay the price. :)
You're right there is only one company that makes a pure complete stainless steel bar, Ivanko makes it and it does look really nice but for 1300$ for just one bar, for that price you could buy 4 Rouge Ohio power bars!, the entire shafts are stainless steel only the sleeves are chromed. And even when Rouge starts making complete stainless steel bars I'm sure they're going to be EXPENSIVE!!
Forgive me if this is a dumb question but, could bars not be made with a cast mold? So just 1 solid piece. Seems like that would be a more cost effective way of doing things.
I like it, looks nice, i want to get one for may gym, only two questions really quickly... 1. what is the difference with MDB in bending and load capacity and 2. does WPC GPC recognize this bar for competitions?
@@cliffrayner3013 nope. Bolts can back out. The way good bars are built is superior. I have an Ohio Bar and Ohio Power Bar. Superior to any globogym beater bar.
+Duncan letham For certain lifts in each style of lifting, you have to keep your hands inside the knurl marks respective to that style. Its so that you don't get guys at power lifting meets griping the bar right up to the sleeves and only moving it a few inches up and down.
Come on bro. Obviously a rich millionaire. But thats just me, and everyone except for you. On the bright side if you'd rather be fit and broke that is a VERY obtainable thing to accomplish and you'll be happy with your life.

Just got mine. Love it.
7 years old video
Still seems new and great to watch and learn
When I was in high school in metal shop I used to put knurls on bars with a lathe. Its relatively quick too.
I'm proud that such a great company hails from my home state, keep repping Ohio!

The anodizing color is a noce touch. Steel gray would be even nicer as the "raw bar" look would be even more visible.
Had the chance to try an Ohio out at an affiliate. WOW!. My next bar is going to be an Ohio Bar.
Hi do you know what the weight capacity of this bar is looks like a great bar thanks 😊
thumbs up for being made in the USA!!!!!
Can you please do a center knurl version!!!
salute Rogue fitness, brand with high quality products!
I agree, I have the Rogue Bar & love it but I'm looking for a bar with a center knurl like the B&R bar but I want the finish of the Ohio bar.
ericheretoday matt chan bar
When will the bars be back in stock? :( I just added one to my wishlist
Never bro I’ve been waiting so long
Restocked yesterday. Just bought one
Use the rogue stock bot to know when it’s back in stock
I wish someone went into more detail on how to put on end caps.
if you look on youtube there are many videos about disassembling and cleaning a barbell.
Is the sleeve supposed to be smooth or grooved? That looks smooth same as the order picture but mine came grooved.

cast isnt a strong or flexible way to build these bars. Casting is brittle

1. what is the difference with MDB in bending and load capacity
and
2. does WPC GPC recognize this bar for competitions?
Arturs Udris GPC recognizes Texas Bars
Oh yeah. Waiting for mines to get delivered now.
Thumbs up if you won the lottery, Rogue would be the first place you'd go :)
Yessir
Do you knurl and machine the bar before or after heat treatment?
Please make a 5ft (60inch) version of this bar!
These are a tough find nowadays with the pandemic....
When will your barbells be back in stock!? Please!
They were today. Just ordered my.

Perfect 👌
What do those burners do? The ones you showed at the very beginning.
Probably heating the black oxide tank.
Do they make custom stuff?
good video.....but that is black zinc not black oxide so a little incorrect in that aspect.
What's the model of that Haas lathe?
We use the Rogue power with center knurl. It's essentially the same bar.
I have yet to hear one negative thing about this company.
Trey Agpalza I bot won and it broke furst day

stock.
Expensive
@@GR-uc1gq Yeah they are too expensive. But the quality is really good
So if the sleeves are black, won't it look like shit when they inevitably get scratched up over time?
My GYM uses the "cheappie" bars from China. You can tell when there are no end caps, just a bolt.
Isn't bolt stronger?

the 2 knurl rings , can you explain a bit more
Duncan letham 1 for olympic lifting and the other for powerlifting i think

How about a women's version?
i dont think there is suck thing as mens vs womans bars... if you mean lighter, just put less plates on it?
@@joshbenton810 Um, there is such thing, grip in women's bar is 25mm and they weigh 15kg
