I am also the mother to four sons (mine are all grown now) and am so very excited to take the journey with you both as you welcome a son into your family! I also love all of the lovely changes to your living room....SO pretty! My favorite piece you purchased was the light weight throw. And, like you, as a blanket snuggler, I really like the idea of having something like what you purchased to wrap up in during the hotter days in SC!
I used to work at IKEA a while ago in between diplomas! The atmosphere and management was pretty bad but it did NOT put me off of my love for all the little details they put into the store and the products. So excited for you to start putting together the nursery, you must be thrilled! Not too long now!!

Aaw, love the woodland theme! I was super excited for the nursery video and now even more because that’s the theme I picked for my own, except it’ll be for a baby girl. I love your style, so it’s gonna be great getting some inspiration.

Amazon sells beautiful wooden lids for mason jars in two sizes. I love them. I need smaller clear containers for some items and the wooden lids elevate the look. They also sell wooden lids and plastic for Oui yoghurt jars. It's a shame to toss them in the recycling bin. They look great with the wooden lids. I so prefer things in clear jars so I can see everything and play with my label maker.
And… your whole home decorations are really great for our age group, I totally love everything you do and your inspirational videos. One advice unrelated to your current video is to look into eating more vegetables and fruits instead of packaged foods/ processed foods, is healthier for you and your baby
And another idea for you upcoming videos, if you can do some research into trends for baby clothes, baby products and room decorations it will be very helpful for new moms to stay updated with the market
Not sure if you used your ikea card but in the UK they have a just in case policy and they will replace your broken jar for free if it broke on the way home.. Never used it but i was told about it.. ... Google... Free just in case protection cover. Hope it helps, enjoy nesting Xxx

You should make some extra videos with your research into diet for pregnant women and prep for the first months of the baby. I am just starting my research and I find so many things that I was never aware of
I like your channel, but Ikea is the number one consumer of wood in the world, it cuts down a tree every 2 seconds, and destroys 1% of the world's forests every year. All this for furniture that doesn't last very long, and is often replaced due to the changing trends. Meanwhile, millions of beautiful, gorgeous, lasting, sturdy, well-made, timeless massive wood pieces of furniture are ignored because they are vintage, antiques or second-hand. Such a pity and such a waste.
Totally millennial gal, shops Target & trader Joe's for groceries & target/IKEA for home stuff. All are over priced, wasteful companies & sooo woke (as a boomer, too much stuff that is cheap quality - I prefer older antique pieces!)

My sister actually works in the tree planting industry (her company contracts out to re-plant where existing trees have been cut down) and wood is actually one of the best renewable resources. And IKEA states they source their wood from such responsibly manages forests. With you on the beauty of much antique furniture though and I actually have a ton of secondhand pieces (both vintage and just generally thrifted) in my home. But personally I prefer having a combination of new and older pieces in my home. 🤍
I wish people would use their energy trying to chance politics and companys instead of shaming indiviuals on the internet and in real life.. That would make more difference in the world 🤥

That wire basket would be great to store potatoes or onions in it. I like that robe and the thinner throw.
