There’s nothing that can beat the English countryside. It’s so beautiful and the views of the sun slowly going down with the church in the background are just awesome. You must feel very blessed to be in lockdown in such gorgeous surroundings but let’s hope that this will be the final one for us all and will bring a positive result. If you want your tree to appear taller, elevate it on something about 2' tall like a chest, a wooden crate or a large box full of books and throw a quilt, festive fabric or a large tree skirt around the bottom. I have done that for years and it is quite lovely. It also creates a lot of room for gifts!
the past few vlogs you used the same intro music "memories of marigold" and I love it so much. I know this might sound weird since you're not a classical music channel, but I think it's so nice and your vlogs are so elevated in general!

You should totally use this type of intro on your beauty video's. it's super fun, a bit of getting ready and the last bit of fixing the camera of lights.
I would really love to c the finished coach house 🏠, as we were shown so much of the work going on it would really be nice to c it.
Really hope u both get through this second lockdown, it was your videos , the beginning of the new house/ move , that I looked forward to watching during the first lockdown that keep me sane.
We in Ireland are well into our second lockdown and all non essential items which include Christmas decorations, craft items, cards, wrapping paper ect are not allowed to be sold in any shops / grocery shops or garden centres. So basically all these shops including woodies and any DIY shops have to corner of non essential items so can't sell them. Even the likes of Deals, pound land have to block of what the government are saying are non essential items. Really love to come home from work and relax watching your videos.

We were due to come and stay in Churchill next weekend - and were planning visits to the garden centres LOVE the Burford one - so will have to make do with the Esher one for now as we are not supposed to travel too far and a wander round RHS Wisley (taking our own flask of milky coffee with us.

Josie you need some Scentsicles, tree hanging sticks...we’ve had a Balsam Hill tree for 9 years and it’s still going strong....these sticks though hang from the branches and smell nice...look them up xxxx
We literally just bought similar things at Home Depot. I left one stick in the car and now it smells like full on Christmas in there 😂😂😂

You really don't need to use false lashes. I feel most people won't see a difference. Its more something you will notice for yourself. So only do it if you feel better with them.
Yes, it is recommended to shape/fluff each branch & decorate from top to bottom... Fewer ladder broken ornaments this way👍🏾

I don't start until after Thanksgiving but I'm ready now. Your pups seem to love country life. I understand how fussy they get because our two cats are the same...one day they love one food, the next they won't touch it. Many of us are very happy Joe Biden will our next President. It is a lovely relaxing video and the tree looks fabulous. I have six spoons I keep for my cat food as I have two cats
and feed four that come to the door. I’ve always had dogs but after my last one I said no more as heartbreaking when they die but my son turned up with a kitten and it’s been cats ever since. I’d like to see more of the Cotswold as your travel videos are the best.

The views of the countryside and beautiful music are so calming. We are still stressed in America even though we have a new President , as the old con artist is refusing to leave. Your videos help to escape. One little note, I was wondering if your dog food needs to be refrigerated? Ours in America need to be after opening, especially if there is meat in them. You should take a plane to somewhere close to your home the first time. Then when you see that it is not that bad, (for me, it is even better than the car), you can go further. I am claustrophobic too, but not on a plane because I can see outside.

My first tree was 7 feet tall and I bought it over 30 years ago. Still like new am passing it on to my son for his home. My new one now in its 4th or 5th year is 9 foot but does not have an ultra wide base I love it my favourite time of year 😍❤️ I too have been watching Xmas tree decorating on you tube and have been picking up extras to try and implement their ideas especially the use of ribbon

Josie, when you 'fluff'your branches out it will look fabulous, watch this done online it you're not sure how to get the finish, you can't beat a Balsam Hill tree. Adding the B Hill Scensicles inside the tree and it's hard to tell from the real thing! They come in several fragrances, Winter White Fir, and Spiced Pine Cone and more. I have a 7.5' Frosted Fraser Fur in a 15' x 18' room and it's the perfect height once the glass spire and angel go on top. The one thing I would advise anyone wanting to purchase one of these trees, if you have small children or pets don't go for the frosted 'snow effect' it looks wonderful, but we had 'snowfall' every day (thank heavens for Dyson stick vac!) and weeks later!
We were breathing it in as we decorated the tree and our cocker spaniels were covered in it and managed to distribute it EVERYWHERE...sad but no tree again this year as we have a 2 years old cocker and it would not be good! Loved the vlog and seeing the beautiful countryside, I've been collecting decos for over 40 years and have many treasures, but nothing to buy in Aust. this year, so when I saw the Christmas displays I was green with envy...Your tree will be great fun to decorate, my top tip is start at the bottom with large pieces working to smaller at the top, makes the tree look even taller - an optical illusion used by Disney on their buildings... 🍁🎄🦘

FYI They make slim christmas trees that come in all the various heights but are smaller in diameter at the bottom. Love love your videos. Love to you and Charlie and the boys. Can't wait til you have human babies...you and Charlie will be such terrific parents.
