Hey Tom, Great Stuff! So would there be any issue with a "bathroom style" fan ventilating the garage, since presumably it's going to be running for longer periods than a bathroom fan in the bathroom?
Wow... so no ventilation? Wow? And does this aeria have heating btw? I think you have to think of it as a bathroom . Yes, it needs ventilation. Forced ventilation. Would be simple I guess. If you open or close the doors, the garage-door-opener will turn on the lights (here in Holland at least) for a short time. We could use that power to start a relay to start a ventilator.
You're such a G, Tom. Keep on going!!!
Great information Tom, thanks for posting.
I seeing that in some condos down here in Los Angeles good assessment Tom
I wouldn't even bother trying to treat that moldy drywall, I'd rip it all out and start fresh
Tom where can we send questions ?? Tks love the energy and post...
Would a dehumidifier be enough to prevent that?

How could you not see that happening and not open a window or put a fan in a window or crack the door open and of course yes a bathroom fan. Wow
Maury Povich says that's a lie
Who?
