Did they have a bunch of rain? Track was more like an off road course. Good racing though, hadn’t heard Chase had been so seriously injured! Hopefully he can heal and get back to racing next year. Macedo couldn’t buy a break.
@ I figured as much. It’s the toughest aspect to dirt track racing- weather can play havoc. Do you happen to know how Chase- the driver who was injured in August- is doing? I hadn’t heard he was hurt!
@saragrant9749 His racing page has been giving updates on fb. It was very touch and go early when he developed pneumonia. I haven’t checked myself lately but last I knew he was recovering slowly but has a lonnnggggg ways to go.
Eh, Nascar results are often far too gimmicky. He has the most wins in cup this season and led the most laps. Honestly, I'm going to be surprised if he never was a championship again due to how gimmicky the system is
Where's #14 Spenser Bayston? Or did Meyers already fire him? What? Six shows for Bayston so far in #14. Zero top 10s. Day probably couldn't do any better.
@@troycarnall7609 None of them. But ...... I did run 11th in my first of 2 WoO shows (late 90s) at a new track on an Inian reservation in Kansas. And I did run 9th from 20th starting position at my only USAC/CRA (combined) show @ Eagle. In 1/3 of the equipment Bayston has.
@@troycarnall7609 More like 25 years. But true. I had a 360 ride who got a few opportunities to run 410s. Wingless is a completely different sport. Considerably easier.
That is one horrible surface. Especially for sprint cars. Drag race through the whoops, putt around the minefield corners. Not sure people understand how hard that is on the entire car, including the engine. Promoter should be embarrassed.
I personally think it makes for a much more interesting race. Yeah,, it beats the car up,, but a lot of these guys are millionaires,, I think they’re fine
Larson's line out of 2 was something else..
How the #57 car didn't flip in 3/4 when he started bouncing... is a Christmas miracle.
Buy that Derek Johnson a beer!
4:52 thats an amazing save
Yeee haaaa larson on the high line
Holy crap, Batman. Why are so many tracks like this. Sprintcars will have to put 4 wheel drive levers in them soon.

Yeah. The entire midget program was ran yesterday.
It was supposed to be a Friday/Saturday show, both rained out so they ran doubles on Sunday so yeah.

Did I hear that right? Steve Kent is wrenching for Netto.
Is Netto's car a KPC (Steve Kent) chassis? I don't think so.
its a kpc
Larson was driving like Day was right behind him
Why did they run 2 features?
Rainout on Saturday

This win could mean a 2025 season redemption in NASCAR for Kyle Larson.

Did Larson get DQd for being to lite?
Both 57 cars did
I think it was just in qualifying?
No he didn't
The track prep guy needs fired
ever heard of a rain storm?
@ then cancel the races or do better at preparing it. It can be done I’ve seen it happen
