Hello friend from India. Everything is possible, if you check bellow a customer asked the same thing. It is possible to do part of this tune. - New camshafts with the cam sprockets, - Manual camshaft adjuster, - MWR air filter and then - New ecu with the correct map or send me your ecu and I will send it back to you with the correct map. You will not have the same results, but you will get about 70-80% from what you see on the video simply by replacing parts. We will include installation instructions be we can always support the shop that will install the camshafts on the bike for any assistance. At the moment we're not interested on selling Benelli maps, we do the full job of reflash to customers using courier services that most of the time includes some tune parts like air filters or exhaust etc. But share what are your thoughts, on my email: dimitris@zen1one.gr and we can talk from there. You will get better throttle responce almost from idle because of the extra torque and about 1hp on top. (stock air filter and stock exhaust). If you add just an airfilter (MWR costs only 35Euros) you will get even more torque and an extra of 0.5hp. I will need you to send me your ecu to tune in and send it back to you with 125Euros + shipping costs.
So with a bit (a lot) of tuning its still possible to squish about 10 hp/wheel extra out of that 500cc engine? Thats more than i thought. What is the 0-100 now?
When you make some initial measurments on cylinder head & cams you unerstand that the engine does have potential. With respect on the materials been used, we tuned it to be more or less equaly reliable compared to stock engine. If we could rebuild the engine from the ground I believe we could make it more reliable but with an easy extra 10-15% more power. And we haven't even talked about intake, exhaust and injection changes. We plan to put a proper data logger we use on our race bikes to check differences in acceleration for each stage of tune. So please stand by.
@@zenOneRacing well, i know how the principles of an engine work (suck, squeeze, bang, blow), but i wouldn't be able to tell if an engine is already at max power or if its possible to tune it to get some more power out of it. But would you be able to sell this as a package? Or would i have to drive to you? I first need to get my license, but i've been looking at both the benelli trk 502 x and the honda cb500x. I love the looks of the benelli, but its almost 40kg heavier than the honda. A bit more power would be nice in that case. I dont understand why benelli just dont make an 800/900-ish cc engine and have the possibility to downtune it to 35kW for the european market
@@HvV8446 Hello Hank. My suggestion would be first to ride and then decide if it's enough or not for you. Most of the customers interested on tune already have the bike and they are happy with package the bike offers. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy it to tune. There are many other options available when you add the costs. Now about TRK 700 or 800... In about a month EICMA international exhibition opens it's doors. Most probably we will see something new from Benelli. At least we all hope for that.
@@zenOneRacing ah well, im a bit dreaming already. I guess time will tell. I can start taking lessons january next year and the bike (albeit the honda or the benelli) will probably come halfway or three quarters into the year. Its not like i have a money tree in my backyard ;)

@@Hkmmotologs 2021-2022 TRKs have different map and requires different tune, at least in EU because of Euro5 restrictions. The only way to be able to carry such job would be to send me your ecu and then I will send it back to you with the proper map.

Here it's BS6 (similar to Euro 5).. they kept same power and torque figures but added a mid cat section on each pipe closer to header for emission control and some tweaks in ecu tuning as well. Sending it there and back is a bit impractical for me sadly and there's no tuning service near me as well :)
This has to do a lot of how the owner drives it. This TRK already has 15t front sprocket and used everyday. If your plan is to reduce fuel consumption it's not a bad idea to use it but not together with 40t rear sprocket. It will destroy it's performance and you must constantly work with the gearbox to accelerate.

So you just had changed sprocket
On the video is the sprocket and extended rev limit. Right now the bike has also 15t sprocket in front and the same 40t rear sprocket

do you have custom map for stock 502 ? also for bmc airfilter and arrow slipon config?
I don't have BMC/Arrow slipon specific map but I have a map that will work really well on your setup.

We removed only the front catalizadors. The bike has stock silencer with stock catalizador
