in 2023 a law was passed that tiny homes can be lived in full time. You'd need to find land that is currently buildable and not governed by an HOA for our easiest route.
Hi Alyson, My wife and I are still retiring soon and we will be looking at the Larkspur area. We may be coming back to CO this summer. Maybe we will give you a call to check out some things with you for when we finally come back towards the end of the year. The Monument/Palmer Lage area is still in mind as well.
