Just some thoughts.. My guess is that the higher priced areas hold their value.. So interest rates doubling the mortgage payment might have an affect on purchasing..

With Greenwood Village (east), Lone Tree and Castle Pines all having a similar price point for many homes, yet having quite different DOM, there is more to the story than price it seems. Location, proximity to future work potential, airport access, and more are playing into pace of selling as well based on what the data is showing us. At the highest end of the market, this and several other factors play a part. Appreciate you weighing in!

The school is in Highlands Ranch, Rock Canyon HS
