This is a beautiful property and the cinematography, videography is right on point. I like that Daniel included the natural audio of you walking through the property. It allows the brain to accept the imagery of personal ownership. 😀Some of my favorites of the tour: The flex room (3rd car garage). I would ☀use it as a content creation studio. The mosaic enclave is luxurious and of course the wine chamber. 2nd level: The flex entertainment is easy on the eyes with the glass tiled fireplace. Main floor: The light treatment in the entire home is snazzy. The fireplace decor works! The Royal Quarters-Primary room: Beautiful frosted glass and the tub...yep! Backyard entertainment: I like the fountain addition with the pool design. Great tour!

The home is ok but for this size home the master bedroom was small. Also you didn’t show or mention the table thats off of the kitchen island or attached to the island. I couldn’t tell cause u didn’t talk about it. The outside didn’t have its own grill station/patio.

I feel the same way actually. I like these homes but am wondering if these builders or similar builders are in Ft Worth? Reason I’m asking is the amount you pay I feel like I need more space for that. I’m coming from West Texas and my home we are selling is for 899k and is way bigger than this.
I love that kitchen! I normally don’t like white marble kitchens, but the wooden cabinets gives it a beautiful contrast!

Hi D. There are other lots you can choose from that will give you a bit more room. Model homes tend to be a bit closer to each other in some subdivisions. Thank you for watching. 😁
This is gorgeous. One of the best decorated and outfitted (upgrades) I've seen in years. I love the front room with the rear office. I would make them a tandem office and crafting studio area. The tile work is the best I've seen. I love the window seats and the framing. The trim on the kitchen cabinets is fresh. Too much to comment on. One detractor: the garage is too close to the front door entrance. It is an accident or death waiting to happen, especially if you have pets or children running out of the home. You can't see them, if you are backing up. The garage should be pushed back and over several feet toward the street.

I like the added touches at the beginning and ending of the video where Daniel is shown actually existing in the space, taking a phone call or watching the TV. It's a subtle thing but helps to sell the space. Might help to hire actors in future videos to dress the space in the background as Daniel talks to the camera in the foreground. Direct the actors to avoid acknowledging Daniel and the camera person. Give them busy work while on camera like playing chess at a table or cooking in the kitchen. Keep it simple. They should lend focus to the room they're in and not draw attention from it.

only thing i had a problem with with this home is the master shower... how would you keep the water from spraying to the sides if there are no doors or glass wall?? other than that, its gorgeous

Current home is 3,975 sq. ft., single story, 3 car garage, 3.5 baths 4 bedrooms, game Room, office, breakfast nook open floor plan into living with formal dining, 20' x 15' laundry recently updated, vanishing edge pool built in 2015. Comps for my home come in at 675k.

Hi M A. Yes I bet it would. Tax rate at the moment is around 1.8%, but subject to change. .. thank you so much for watching.
In other states - California for instance - such a home would cost 2X, 3X, 5X MORE. In Texas your dollars buy you so much more. Why ? Simple. Texas is one of the the least regulated states in the country. Houston itself has no zoning laws, laws which in states like California have been used to all but shut down the housing industry. With so few homes coming to market and so much demand the same home in California costs five times more than it does in Texas. 50 years ago before California was taken over by Progressives, this price disparity did not exist.
