Not sure why so many people are hating on Christian. Literally made this band huge. Love these vocals
Man this ep brings me back 😅. I remember my first hardcore show was etown concrete and el nino opening. That blew my mind. Then when Ill nino was established with Christian fronting, they released this ep and I went to the record release show at CD world. Another memorable night for me.
Jorge was very good but Cristian was in another level and his voice match perfectly on ill niños style
Great demos
Jorge brought the pain in the early days, Dave is a monster on the drums, all of these guys are world class for real NY/NJHC/
Cristian machado perfec vocal pure power el niño
Best metal band in the planet
Meh
No.
No.
They are Very Good.
But Best........?!
Pantera are pretend too
They’re a great band but I personally don’t think they’re the best. If u think that hey, cool!
Everyone in earshot of WSOU had this cd.
This shit slaps just like Fear Factory and Deftones. Great find
amazing ep
Before Freddy vs Jason
Jorge all day! #respect
😍💪💚💛💙💪😍
2:42 sounds like Max Cavalero of Sepultura
@OOGLY BOOGLY Max was the original singer for sepultura.
@TW1NK13 _TH13F I know
christian by the confessions album learned english good enough to make ill nino solid, same for max cavalera learning english better for metal vox by the primitive II soulfly album... i love brazilian numetal man
Bro he is from New Jersey, he moved to the US when he was a kid, he has literally always been fluent.
@@CaptainDugog I just think Rizzo could be excelling a lot more than staying with Soulfly, if you know what I'm saying?!
@@soundslikesteveo well yeah I agree with that, Rizzo left Ill Niño right before their big high point but I love both his work in soulfly and in Niño. I guess of he stuck around with them for longer, we'd see a less openly nu metal sound be embraced and have that NYHC sound that he was known for at the time blend itself in.
I remember buying this this trash CD then seeing "El Nino" live at the birch hill. All of the sudden they became "Ill Nino". Christian sucks and Jorge didn't want to sell out so he said fuck it. "El Nino" w/Jorge was great, seen em twice, once at the Cove in Rosland and at at Club Bene. R.I.P.
the Cove was in Roselle NJ R.I.P.
It is better than what is called Ill Niño now.
