These days it falls under many "trending" names: thrifting, antiquing, thrift haul, resale haul, brocante, flea market... you name it, I'm doing it, but sometimes I think it's just best to call it "Treasure hunting." And true dat - because the thrill of the hunt is almost more fun than the treasure itself. I LOVE to make a good bargain, and you'll get to see some fun negotiating play out in this video. I could watch your home/decorate/style videos all day. I also love when you take us “treasure hunting” and then share how you styled it all. When you added that female lamp and pulled the light down to shine on the female art; I seriously swooned.. it was all so beautifully curated. That lamp was the perfect touch. She and I have opposite weather issues. We put our garden to bed in June and I am waking it up today, late Sept.
I was thinking how cute she looked in her summer outfit. I am 56 years old and wear way less clothes than I would want to anywhere else in the summer just to survive 😂😂.

I love it all…I live in Florida now and much of my vintage treasures, furniture and decorative pieces just don’t mix well with a Florida vibe….I have some vintage Florida pieces to add to the mix but my heart is all French country aesthetic…🇫🇷 Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
I also live in Florida. I live in a 1936 brick bungalow. The interior of my home isn’t in “Florida” style, nor beachy. It is an eclectic mix of 1920’s-1940’s, with some slightly more modern traditional furniture. If you love French, do French! Make your home a reflection of your style and the things you love. Don’t suit it to the state in which you live. Blessings!❤

Love so many of your treasures! But where do you put all of them?? Do you continue to display everything or do you have a place to store things and rotate items in and out? It's a lot of treasures.
I love the items in your new store. They do seem to be older European items which is lovely. However watching this video made me think of Shay's comments about not being able to find items like you can. I think adding some.of your local finds would be wonderful as well.
I am in the deep south so we have some wonderful finds here, but maybe others are like Shay.
