You and Zane wine tasting is an absolute joy to watch. As a seasoned veteran 😂 here are some tips: I recommend a Pinot Noir (my favorite are from the Willamette Valley in Oregon) for a red- not too heavy or dark. Pair well with lots of foods. You may like a fruitier white- a Sauvignon Blanc from Australia is a great pick. Rieslings are very sweet. Definitely chill in advance. Even 10 min in the freezer will do the trick. DON’T waste your money on cheap wines. They will give you gnarly headaches and turn you off from the experience of enjoying the process. There are some decent super cheap ones out there, but you can afford to spend at least $15/bottle. Costco has some great wines in the wooden bins in that section. Above all else, open a bottle and let it sit for a while. Reds *and* whites. They will taste better when they have time to breathe. Consider buying an aerator to help that process. Super simple little filter device that adds air as you pour. Use a stemmed glass for white so your hand doesn’t warm it. Use a wider-mouthed stemless or stemmed for reds because they need more air to open up and let their intended flavors come to the forefront. Swirl to help aerate before tasting (you did this! 👏🏼) and let it sit on your tongue for a sec before swallowing. (Professionals will say to swish it around but then my teeth get stained so nah thx 😅). It may seem like a lot of “rules” but they’re not, really. Wine can be a really easy thing to “just” drink and/or a really cool experience to enjoy, so do with this what you will. But imbibing in Italy will feel way less intimidating if you start to practice some of this now and learn what you like ❤

Although worth the price, $99 a month is so expensive for me! I’m a mama on one income and they had actually offered 15% off. I’m sure it’s worth it, but I still can’t afford it. But I do love so much when influencers are directing audiences to practical, and tried/true businesses. I’m always clicking fast to see the new things going on in peoples lives and learning from them afar! Super cool idea. But expensive 😭😩

WINE CHILLING HACK!!!!!!!!!!! So you take a couple paper towels, wet them completely then wrap them around the wine bottle and put it in the freezer! It chills the bottle in like 20 minutes!
I’m sure you already know this haha but just in case! During the workout your breaking down your muscles so in order to have them “grow” you should drink 20-30 grams of protein after workout to help them recover!! The more protein the more muscle growth / tone etc. 😊 learned this during my first year of lifting by trainer and it’s made a huge difference in getting results!
Just an idea, try your tacos with cilantro, lime, onions (you can also roast them) and heat up your tortillas on a pan instead of microwave. It’s a game changer

We recently bought a counter depth LG 4-door fridge at Best Buy on sale for $1999. Regularly $2499. Model LMWC23626S (LG - 22.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Double Freezer and Internal Water Dispenser - Stainless steel) - I just looked at it’s on sale again for $2199. I LOVE it. I think you definitely should stick to a counter depth since you have a galley kitchen. Not having a fridge stick out makes a huge difference.

Avoid samsung refrigerator in my opinion. Notorious for issues and no repair companies like to work on them. My husband works for warner stellian and struggles to find parts for them or companies willing to repair them

I got those mopping socks as a gift and honestly I love them. Makes it way easier when mopping! No more wet socks or footprints on a clean floor lol.

I love my hokas. But to prevent you from rocking back and forth try doing those work outs barefoot or a flat shoe. Chucks, vans or blazers.
I never loved wine until my late 20s. It’s nice to have a glass and relax try Lambrusco it’s a sweet carbonated red. Love all ur updates !!!
