Can this recipe be applied same way for white chocolate? And can I use white chocolate pieces to replace the cocoa powder in this recipe?
is it necessary to use only dark cooking chocolate for ganache or any normal amul/ dairy milk chocolate would do?
Normal milk chocolate won't give you the same texture and flavour. Instead, use Amul Dark chocolate. You can find it on any local stores.
