For Vegito he's cocky and doesn't take his fights seriously, he's just there for the thrill of battle, but when it comes to Gogeta he's different. He is there to seek out any chance he has to possibly reborn his opponent into a better person, He's also the opposite of Vegito usually taking his fights more seriously.
vegito do take battles seriously, he was cocky with buu just to upset him and making him weaker but he couldnt kill right away because he had goten,trunks and the other in him, with merged zamasu the same, he taunts him to make him weaker but ultimately the fusion stops
I feel like vegito takes the less serious aspects of the two and combines them but Gogeta takes the serious aspects, not saying that vegito can't be serious or Gogeta has no fun.
I overall love both fusions, but gogeta is slightly better, vegito is a great strategist but it often makes his fights all the more infuriating to watch than watching gogeta swiftly wrapping up fight, sure he did scroll through ssj1 first before skipping to ssb and then the mess he did with Ssj4 but that's just it and gt isn't xanon@@shirokami4235
