"True hell is when the person that you are, meets the person that you could have been!" This is golden.
Also, it compounds when you DON'T do something too!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,206 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

    Hi Steven
Can I suggest someone normal for an interview? Me.
I’m just a cab driver on minimum wage. Yet in 5 years I’ll have managed to generate an unearned income of close to £100k.
I wouldn’t expect you to believe me but I’ve recorded my journey on my TH-cam channel.
I represent hope for normal people. The people I think you care about. I have no skills or qualifications but if I did, then people who started with nothing like you and me, CAN become wealthy.
Love your stuff mate and the book has brought me to tears sometimes
    Kind regards
    Perry

Lack of Confidence? Breaking promises to yourself. You dont trust yourself. True hell is the person you are meets the person you could have been
Habits are hard to break. The habit of NOT DOING things is hard to break. Learning is masturbating.
    Insight: keep promises to yourself
Takeaways: create set points, goals, processes …and, keep these promises to yourself. Pick one small step and LEAD WITH ACTION. CONFIDENCE STARTS WITH ACTION.

check out your human design. If you have an open Heart/Ego Cente, you've nothing to prove to yourself or others. So don't make promisses you won't keep. Don't try to quit smoking, when the time is not right, every relapse will make you feel worthless.

Most of the stuff I've done, I feel almost no pride in doing. Worked hard and got a 1st class degree - I don't care about it. Wanted to play Rocket League competitively and got to within 2-3 ranks of the best rank in the game - means nothing to me. So many examples in my life of whatever I'm doing not feeling meaningful in any way. The evidence for me is that I'm not going to care about this thing I'm doing so what's even the point? Often I invest so much time and effort to only reach mediocrity and that's disheartening beyond belief.
