    Nope. They released prisoners in NY. it's a fucking nightmare right now.

    Wouldn’t it make sense for prisons to test staff regularly and new inmates upon entry for COVID? Doing so would reduce the risk of infection because they have no exposure to the outside world... assuming you modify visitation protocols. It’s not like prisons don’t have the money to test frequently!
