How do we claim the 3 years warranty mentioned on Amazon. Do we get replacement parts and servicing with vendor.
We are not able to tighten the head rest with the screws provided. We are not able to tighten and the screw keeps rotating and not able to tighten it . How to go about? Customer care does not respond.

It's TROUBLESOME!
Everything was fantastic for a few days after purchasing this chair.
But, the seat is tilted forwards resulting that you will gradually slide down. This has created lot of hip and thigh pain. I am thinking of throwing out this chair.
