It's ridiculous how competitive Timo Boll still is at 40 years of age. A decade past where most players are starting to lose competitiveness or leave the sport completely and he's still up there with the best in the world. Just amazing.

But the 10 points were good ones. Maybe some other points could have been there too. But i hope someday the old camera angel returns or the switch between the angles more often like they did at the no. 1

Well... to be honest, there weren't many outstanding rallies and shots from him in the WTTC... There is one rally against Wang Chuqin, which should have been included imo but other than that... He just crushed his opponents!

red side is his backhand side, players usually use a faster rubber on backhand side. Since he is smashing on that shot, it is better to use the faster rubber so that you hit it with more power
Usually chinese player twiddle when smashing. The forehand rubber is tacky hard rock sponge, forehand usually softer sponge and fast being european /japanese rubber so much more fitting for smashes. Lin Gao Yuan does that everytime, many else but i didnt pay attention

#10, 3, 2, and 1 are OK. Others could have been fantastic, but no one can see a thing with this angle. Among many things happened in 2021, WTT decided to completely ruin the experience of watching table tennis.
With the Asian players you can't tell if they're male or female.
Some of these commentators are so annoying. Stop talking through every point saying OMG
