This is the calmest person I have seen that believes in the ideology of "chaos is funny". This is incredible

The useless chosen one trope doesn't work if the chosen one is the protagonist though, then it feels like the entire world is bending over backwards to accommodate a protagonist who doesn't deserve anything - and often comes with "everyone is in love with the protagonist". It's only fun when you're following the perspective of the people who have to bend over backwards for the halfwit.
"No weapons, punch" I agree with. I'm a big fan of the himbo type tropes, unintelligent male characters who are also motivated, as opposed to just the stoner or slob trope.
I'd go one further on the "no one is in love with the main character" trope; can we just go like one book or one show where there's no romance? Even the damn kids shows have romantic subplots these days, and they're aimed at people who don't even know what romance is. They'll be cautiously navigating a zombie-filled catacomb, and then turn a corner and suddenly they're kissing. They'll be planning a dangerous and elaborate heist and then instead of getting a good night's sleep before the big day, they'll be going for an elongated shagging montage. And in bollywood, the trope is "see an attractive woman in the market -> perform a spontaneous 4 minute duet with her about how good looking she is as backup dancers and musicians emerge from the crowd". It's absurd.
