The team "overqualified" is used almost everywhere and it depends on true match to the job role.

V nice 👏👏 really helpful for all the aspirants
Job scenario is not v good in Ireland. Youngsters work so hard to get a job . They keep applying, 24/7 they are preparing Cover letters, CVs, searching for new jobs. Initially they have stars in their eyes, full confidence in themselves and their capabilities, full on enthusiasm but slowly slowly all this starts dying , their confidence in themselves starts shaking when they don't get any call, then if someday they get an interview call they are on cloud nine ...Everything goes well, the interviewer makes you feel that you are the one they were looking for, when they scan your passport and other documents to keep with themselves then you are sure they are hiring you........But after so many day waiting with bated breath you still don't get a call, your heart breaks, you think you are worthless, you start retrospecting where you went wrong, you think you must have done this or that wrong.
BUT GUYS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. AS IT IS THERE ARE TOO MANY STUDENTS IN THIS SMALL COUNTRY WHO ARE APPLYING, COMPANIES HAVE TO REJECT A HUGE NUMBER. I BELIEVE THERE IS NO DEFINITE CRITERIA. THEY JUST REJECT LEFT AND RIGHT . SO DON'T BLAME YOURSELF.

The first mistake you did is you mentioned your visa you should have told yes you have for more than a year. And Ireland is not good for foreigners who wants to pursue their career in MBA or marketing or similar kinda roles. It is good really good for engineers who have some extra skills. And yes you wasted your time haha I went back to India after 2 years of my graduation.

@@prerna5581, not a good option to go for management at least 2-3 years of experience. But you did your degree in biotech and Ireland has great scope for biotech.

Like I told someone who had applied in retail for part-time that maybe they didn't hire you because you don't have the experience..He said that in that case they shouldn't have called me for the interview because that information was already there in the CV
