      Thanks for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Dinanlinson Perfection Guide Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering a collection of tasty paleo recipes minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend Sam at very last got amazing results with it.

    This was very helpful thank you. I’ve been on a paleo video binge and you explained it the best 👌 I am new mamá to a 10 month old baby girl and I am trying paleo to balance my hormones and heal my gut issues. I hope I can stick to it 🙏

      You totally got this Vanessa! Remember you don't have to be super strict paleo either, doing it the majority of the time can still get you awesome benefits! Meal prepping will definitely help! :)

    Great video. We have been meal prepping for years, but usually only do three dishes at a time but make enough for two to four meals each since we don't mind eating the same thing repeatedly throughout the week. Thanks for sharing.

      Yes, that's pretty much what I did here. Aside from breakfast I usually prepare two dinners and two lunches :)

    I know I should be meal prepping and this makes it so much easier...we are always afraid of what we don't know, but once we know how easy it can be it is so much easier to stay on track. Thanks for sharing.

    recipes look good! you could also poach your chicken in chicken broth with some fresh herbs for extra flavor!

    Try to add 2 garlic cloves, a small piece of onion ( or ends from aomething else #lesswaste) and a pinch or 2 of salt to your boiling water for your chicken . 👍🏻👍🏻

    Love your videos, but honey be careful with the salt. Too much sodium could end in hypertension. Just subscribed, will definitely make many of these recipes.

      The essential minerals in salt act as important electrolytes in our body. They help with fluid balance, nerve transmission and muscle function.
      Adding salt to your homemade dishes is no problem at all. What we should be mindful of the amount of salt in restaurant dishes and processed foods.

    Never ever hear honey. It became toxic. You can use maple syrup instead because it resists high temperature.

      Cauliflower rice, it can be made by grating some cauliflower or purchasing it already made as I do. :)
