Prison Break-In is the eighth Mission in Far Cry 3. After destroying Vaas' weapons cache and discovering that Vaas has been broadcasting ransom videos from a location named Pirate's Cove (Sunset Cove), a prison, you're given the option to explore the island some more or go straight to Sunset Cove to find your friends.
