    Stripe's problem is their dispute policies, it doesn't matter if you win or lose a dispute, the account will be closed anyway, is there a gateway that does not have this problem with disputes?

      Hey, there! Unfortunately, account holds and freezes are an issue with third-party processors like Stripe, Square, & PayPal generally. If you want something Stripe-like that gives you the reliability of a merchant account, you may want to consider Braintree. Check out our review on Braintree. Best of luck! www.merchantmaverick.com/reviews/braintree-payment-solutions-review/

    Hi, thanks for the information.
    Which of these platforms have a lower duration to receive payments, unlike stripe's 7 days period?

    • @MerchantMaverick
      @MerchantMaverick  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi David! Thanks for your question.
      Stripe offers two-day payouts to most US-based merchants, except those it deems “high risk.” However, most international merchants will encounter longer funding times, all based on which country they’re in. While a waiting period of two business days is pretty standard across the industry, you can get faster payouts from some merchant account providers as well as Square.
      You can also check out Stax by Fattmerchant, for next-day funding: www.merchantmaverick.com/reviews/fattmerchant-review/

    Im a non US resident but i have my Sole Member LLC registered with active Mercury Bank account, im doing legal business and charge for my online services, I opened stripe account but they send me an email that we cant work with you, some of my clients pay through ACH to bank account but most of them wants me to charge Weekly by Debit/Credit Card, so what is the best alternate in this scenario so i can charge payments through cards, Thanks.

      PayPal is a good alternative; bht I've heard of money holds and people complain. Since your business is legal I think you'd not run into problems. If I may ask how did you set up LLC and mercury bank Accnt, I want to do the same what's the cost. Thanks!

    • @MerchantMaverick
      @MerchantMaverick  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Xaad! Stripe doesn't work with bankruptcy attorneys, bail bonds sellers, and law firms that are collecting funds for something other than a legal service fee, so it's possible your legal business may be in a gray area. You may have better luck with National Processing or PaymentCloud. You can read about them here:

      www.merchantmaverick.com/reviews/paymentcloud-review/
      We hope that helps!
